Tulips talk and topple
Telling tales of time
Daffodils dance and dawdle
Daylight’s dainty decor
Pansies paint a picture
Pleasant, pleasing, perfect and pure
Flowers flourish
fresh and full of life
Flowers flounder and falter
Fragmented they fall apart
